"In-person" notarizations are notarizations that require the signer to physically appear in person before the notary. PB Notary & Fingerprinting services offer two (2) convenient mobile service options to complete these notarizations:

Meet at a designated location convenient for the notary, such as a public library or fast food restaurant (notary will provide the location - mobile service fee waived).
